Cactus pear protein smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 fresh prickly pears
 - 1 Banana
 - Organic yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
 - Handful of granola
 - 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
 
How to make it.
- Cut the cactus figs in half and scoop out. Put these in a blender.
 - Peel the bananas and put these in the blender as well.
 - Pour in the yogurt, granola and 1 scoop of Ekopura and blend until you have a smooth smooth smoothie.
