This lemon pancakes protein are tasty, healthy and full of protein! You can't imagine a better breakfast. And you make them in an instant! Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1 scoop Ekopura Vanilla - 65 g banana - 1 teaspoon of chia seeds - 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon oat flour Instructions - In a medium-sized bowl, paste the bananas with a fork - add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is smooth - heat a pan and add a teaspoon of coconut oil - pour 1/4 cup of the batter on the pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown
