Matcha chia pudding

This easy recipe makes a super healthy matcha chia pudding. Chia seeds are packed with omega 3 fatty acids, protein and iron. Reason enough to make this delicious chia pudding. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract To taste
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6-7 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural protein
  • Granola and raisins

How to make it.

Mix together the coconut milk, matcha, chia seeds, vanilla, Ekopura and maple syrup, place in a sealed jar and refrigerate. After an hour, give it another good stir and put it back in the fridge for the next morning.
