Are you looking for a nice cake full of healthy ingredients? Then choose these delicious walnut protein cake!
You need this (one cake / 15 slices)
- 2 Sweet apples
 - 100 gr walnuts
 - 200 gr flower
 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
 - 2 ScoopsEkopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
 - 8 gr baking powder (half a bag)
 - 1/2 banana
 - 50 gr butter
 
That's how you make it
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
 - Peel the apples, remove the core and grate them with the coarse grater.
 - Chop the walnuts as coarse.
 - Sift the flour, cinnamon and baking powder above a large bowl.
 - Add the apple and walnuts and mix it together.
 - Prak in another bowl fine banana good
 - Melt the vegetable butter in a pan on low heat.
 - Pour the butter in a jet at the banana and meanwhile stir.
 - Pour the butter-banana mixture to the other ingredients and stir it into a batter with a spoon or spatula. Finish it with walnuts.
 - Grease a cake pan and possibly add a baking paper.
 - Bake the cake in about 50 minutes. To check if the cake is cooked, you can put a cocktail stick in it.
 - Remove the cake from the shape and let it cool on a grid.
