Smoothie Bowls! A nice variation on a normal smoothie. The basis is the same, but due to the addition of frozen fruit, the smoothie gets another texture. Today we share a recipe for a smoothie bowl with forest fruits. Super tasty and incredibly healthy.

Ingredients

  • Frozen forest fruits
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
  • Fresh blackberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Blueberry

How are you?

Mix the cottage cheese, frozen forest fruits and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mix. The tastiest is when the frozen forest fruits still sit in small pieces through the yogurt. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit over it.
