Ingredients for approximately 6 small pancakes - 1 egg - 1 banana - 1 scoop Ekopura - 25 grams of quinoa flour - half head of water - coconut oil - For the topping you can go in all directions. How to make the pancakes. - Mix all ingredients (except the oil) into a batter. - Heat a frying pan and let the coconut oil become hot. - Take a spoon and scoop small balls from the batter in the pan. - Bake them on one side until you can turn them around. On the other hand, fry 1 to 2 minutes. - Stack the protein pancakes on a plate and put the topping on it that you want.
