Couscous salad with feta and mint

Couscous salade met feta en munt

Are you so crazy about couscous? Then this easy recipe is definitely worth trying. With a number of ingredients you put a delicious summer meal on the table within no time. ENJOY!

Ingredients

- 150 grams of couscous

- Fetablokes

- Pistachio nuts

- Bell pepper

- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- Cherry tomatoes

- Cucumber

- Fresh mint

How are you?

- Do the couscous in a bowl, pour boiling water over it so that the couscous is just below water.

- Then put a plate on the bowl and thus let the couscous couples.

- Cut the tomato into small pieces, chop the pistachio into large pieces, cut the feta into cubes and chop the mint into small pieces

- Stir like the couscous is everything through the couscous.

- Finish the salad with olive oil, pepper, salt, lemon juice and a pick mint.
