Cactus pear protein smoothie

Prickly pear is a fruit derived from a cactus plant. Also called "prickly pear" due to its pointed skin. Available in green, yellow, orange and red-brown. You eat it on its own, or processed in a jam or smoothie. Cactus pears are extremely healthy. They are enormously rich in potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B and calcium. In addition, by eating a prickly pear, you can also count on the intake of the so-called B-carotene. This substance is converted by the body into vitamin A, providing an extra health boost.

How to make it.

  • Cut the cactus figs in half and scoop out. Put these in a blender.
  • Peel the bananas and put these in the blender as well.
  • Pour in the yogurt, granola and 1 scoop of Ekopura and blend until you have a smooth smooth smoothie.
