Returns & Exchanges
Want to return or exchange a product? You can easily do so through our returns portal. Certain conditions apply.
Return Policy:
- Returns: Expirable products can only be returned unopened and undamaged.
- Reflection period : Every purchase is subject to a 30-day reflection period. Once the 30-day reflection period expires, the right of withdrawal expires.
- Return costs: Returns are free if the above conditions are met. Returns are also free for incorrectly delivered products, defective products, or if the product is past its expiration date upon receipt (our products generally have a shelf life of approximately 12 months upon purchase).
Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.
