Homemade protein ice cream

Florisfitfood does think it's time for ice cream 🍨. What you guys?

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein from Ekopura
  • 70 ml vegetable yoghurt
  • 20 ml Soya drink
  • Toppings of your choice

This is how we're going to whip this up!

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a sealable Tupperware container and put it in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  3. To keep your protein ice cream cream cream creamy, mix it every hour during the first 4 hours of freezing.

Top with your favorite healthy toppings such as cinnamon, Cacao Nibs or strawberries. 🍓
