Overnight oats with blueberries

Overnight oats met blauwe bessen

These Blueberry Overnight Oats are made with coconut and almond milk for a sweet, fresh and creamy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • Half cup of coconut milk
  • Half cup almond milk
  • Fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop Vegan protein blueberry
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Granola and raisins

How to make it.

  1. Bring the oatmeal with almond milk and coconut milk to a boil and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix in the vanilla, blueberries and Ekopura protein.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the oatmeal overnight. Serve the oatmeal with granola granola and raisins.
