Proteine chiapudding

Today we start the day with this delicious chiapudding! Super easy to make and incredibly tasty!

Chia seeds are a real superfood; They give your masses energy and are liquid proteins and omega 3.

Ingredients for the chia pudding:

  • 25 ml soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 1.5 Tablespoon of Chiazaad
  • 1 Scoop Ekopura
  • Seeds, nuts and coconut flakes

How are you?
Mash the raspberries and add the soy milk and 1 scope Ekopura to this. Stop this into the blender and finally add the chia seeds at the raspberries and soy milk and stir well. Cover the bowl with the pudding and put this for a night in the fridge. The next morning you have a tasty, sturdy pudding. Finish it with toppings of your choice.
