Start your day well with a nice and healthy smoothie bowl. Today we share a smoothie bowl with organic cottage cheese, passion fruit, forest fruit, kiwi and seeds and nuts. This smoothie bowl gives you enough energy for a busy morning or is a perfect snack after a heavy workout. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
  • Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberry, raspberries, kiwi and passion fruit
  • Seeds with nuts
  • 1 ScoopNatural Vegan Protein Blueberry

How are you?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit and seeds / nuts over it.
