Vegan Proteïne Wafels

Recipe for healthy vegan protein waffles with fresh raspberries! Healthy, fast, protein-rich and especially very tasty. These waffles are really a party on your plate! ENJOY!

What do you need for 2 waffles?

  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 2 ScoopsEkopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
  • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 grams of apple sauce
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of baking powder (or baksoda with a little vinegar)
  • Raspberry

How do you make the waffles?

Do everything in the blender or food processor and mix until an even mass is created. Make sure you smear the preheated waffle maker with some oil. This does not stick to the wafer. Then pour half of the batter. When the waffle is colored golden brown, it's ready. Repeat this for the 2nd waffle.
