- 1 root - Halve apple - Coconut Soy Yogurt - 1 ScoopOrganic Whey Protein Purely Natural - Handje Granola

How are you?

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you have a smooth mass. If necessary, add some ice cubes to make the smoothie nice and cold.
