Weekend tip! Vanilla protein poffertjes with fresh fruit and biological strawberry sauce. They are made in no time and full with egg white. Nice for the Easter brunch. What do you need? - 1 Scoop Ekopura Vanilla - dash of organic strawberry sauce - 80 grams of spelled flower - 250 ml of milk or soy milk - 4 gram dried yeast - 55 grams of free-range egg - 5 grams of coconut oil - fruit of your choice Do all ingredients in a bowl, except the fruit. Use a hand blender to get the mixture to a smooth and sticky substance. Place a poffertjes pan on high heat and lubricate it with coconut oil. Put the batter in every round and put the fire slightly lower. Wait until the poffertjes are golden brown then turn the poffertjes. Leave the poffertjes for about 5 minutes on low heat. Place them on a plate and do it and enjoy it!
