  • 50 grams of almond flour
  • 40 grams of chocolate
  • 30 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 40 grams of coconut oil
  • 150 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 TL Vanilla Powder

How do you make them?

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a muffin shape with (coconut) oil.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and pour this together with the dates in a food processor. Mix until all dates to pulp are ground
  4. Now add the milk and mixture of coconut oil and dates to the bowl and mix everything well.
  5. Put the batter shape in the muffin and put in the oven for about 20 minutes. Then let them cool well before you get them from the muffin shape, otherwise they are not yet sturdy enough. And then enjoy!
