Black Beans Brownies

Maybe it's not immediately coming up with you ... but black bean brownies are really very tasty and full of protein, vitamins, minerals and fibers. Perfect as a snack if you want to eat something sweet. What do you need? - 1 can of black beans (400 gr. And drained weight 265 gr.) - 2 organic eggs - 4 tbsp raw cocoa - 6 large soft dates - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 scoop Ekopura Smooth cocoa - Pecan nuts - pinch of salt How are you? Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover a small baking pan (or cake mold) with baking paper. Drain the beans and rinse them well. Mix all ingredients into a blender to a smooth mixture. Enter the baking pan with this and fry the black beans brownies in 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool well, they will become even firmer. ENJOY!
